His Holiness, Tenzin Gyatso
His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, Tenzin Gyatso, is the spiritual leader of Tibet and one of the most recognised Buddhist teachers in the world. Born in 1935, he has dedicated his life to the promotion of human values, inter-religious harmony, and the preservation of Tibetan Buddhist culture. He teaches extensively on Lamrim, Lojong, Madhyamaka philosophy, and compassion practices. All his public teachings are free of charge.
